The Bachelor’s in Psychology, Economics & Politics (PEP) is a full-time, on-campus undergraduate degree taught at Hult’s London campus. It’s designed for students who want to understand the forces shaping the world, from human behavior to market forces to political systems, and who want to use that understanding to drive real change.

In year one, you’ll tackle the Social Phenomena Challenge, working alongside a partner organization on issues such as youth marginalization or homelessness, and the Experiment Challenge, designing a real-world behavioral experiment with a business partner. Year two builds into the Propaganda Challenge and Policy Challenge, applying psychology, politics, and economics together to investigate issues like public opinion and climate resilience.

From year three, you’ll gain specialist knowledge across the three disciplines and tailor your course choices to your career goals, with the option to add an internship or exchange. Your final-year capstone brings everything together: you’ll work on a major global issue, such as mental health or vaccine hesitancy, through the combined lenses of psychology, politics, and economics, culminating in a thesis, social action project, or formal policy simulation defended before a panel of faculty and external advisors.

PEP is for students who see themselves as future diplomats, policymakers, or global business leaders, and who want an interdisciplinary foundation instead of a single-subject degree.
