The IESE Master in Management (MiM) program prepares you to launch your career. You’ll graduate ready to leap into your first management role – and make a lasting impact on the business world.
During the program, you’ll develop the essential analytical skills and knowledge you need to succeed in entry-level management roles. You’ll also learn what it means to be an inspirational leader who puts people first – and take your initial steps toward having a positive impact on the world.
As part of our commitment to lifelong learning, MiM alumni are eligible for the MiM-MBA Dual Master’s Degree. IESE recognizes the Master in Management as the first year of the 2-year IESE MBA in total. MiM graduates will have the opportunity to enroll in the 2nd year of the MBA program and graduate with a MiM-MBA Dual Master’s Degree. IESE’s MiM alumni will only be eligible for this opportunity after they have completed a minimum of 3 years of working experience and successfully completed the MBA admissions process.
