The IESE MRM Program is a unique opportunity for students with a passion for research who seek to have a profound impact on management thinking at the world’s leading business schools and universities.
The first step to become an IESE doctoral student is to apply for the IESE Master in Research in Management, a two-year, full-time program of core, advanced and specialized courses, seminars and electives with a total load of 120 ECTS credits. The master’s program as a whole will equip students with the quantitative and qualitative methodological skills that will enable them to conduct high-quality empirical and theoretic research for publication in mainstream journals. After completion of their course work, students are required to pass an examination in their field of specialization and submit an empirical research paper showing great potential, both of which are prerequisites to enter the IESE doctoral program.
Because our students have the opportunity to work as research assistants for IESE faculty members, they often participate in key research projects that provide an unparalleled learning experience.
