You will be introduced to current human resource management theory and practice and be encouraged to think creatively and critically about the role of human resource management within the wider business world. You will acquire a range of intellectual, interpersonal and technical skills that are relevant to the field and develop an understanding of the frameworks used to manage employer and employee relationships. Students will normally be expected to have a high standing in their high school performance with a minimum B average in all subjects as well as relevant subjects. Various additional entry requirements for China's Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students AND International students applies for both Year One and Year Two entry.
