Employability is embedded in the Transformation modules at Levels 4, 5 and 6 – the essential skillset for pursuing employment in the industry and to help students decide on their pathway decision. There will be several workshops to understand and engage with industry structures and the student will present additional research to help inform their career path decision At Level 5 the student puts into practice their level 4 research into career paths and progresses the course through their pathway of choice. Alongside their critical proposal, students will reach out to an industry mentor of their choice that is practicing their chosen career pathway. At Level 6 this translates into placement learning and building a professional portfolio ready to share with future employers, collaborators and clients. Underpinning the whole three years will be engagement and teaching from industry professionals.
