The Undergraduate Studies Program provides the necessary knowledge which will enable understanding of the normal functions of the human body and their disorders, the changes of the various biological indicators in biological fluids and tissues and the methods used for the determination of these indicators for the diagnosis of the Diseases. In specialization courses, students are taught the pathophysiology of diseases and the nature of infectious, environmental, and metabolic causative factors.

The laboratory exercise mostly emphasises in acquiring the skills to apply all laboratory diagnostic methods and the ability to understand the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that may cause false results and choose the right methods and best laboratory practices for accurate application.

The Programme Curriculum includes basic courses such as: Chemistry, Medical Physics, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, General Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Histology, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics etc., and specialization courses such as Haematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Medical Virology, Immunology, General Pathology, Systematic Pathology, Pathological Anatomy, Medical Cytology, Mycology, Parasitology etc., At the 7th and 8th semester the students may choose courses such as pharmacology-toxicology, Forensic & Forensic Techniques, Preventive Medicine, Molecular Diagnostics, Clinical Microbiology, Human Microbiome etc. They may also choose to carry out Diploma Thesis. At the 8 th  semester they follow Practical Exercise/Clinical Laboratory Training.
