School of Renewable Energy, Environment & Sustainable Development (RE2=SD)
is unique program in the country. The originality of this rich and multidisciplinary
program comes from the coherent association of two disciplines considered as
the two pillars of renewable energy engineering, that is electrical engineering
and thermal energy engineering.
The
program targets the field renewable energy resources, whether at the level of
production, consumption, transport or storage.
The
graduate engineer in Renewable Energy is able to manage technical, economic and
legislative projects in different renewable electricity sectors, say PV
electricity, wind electricity, CSP electricity, biogas electricity, and
geothermal electricity.
The
future engineer can also carry out projects relate to the integration of solar
energy and geothermal energy in the heating and air conditioning of buildings.

Renewable Energy Engineer Degree program is a three years program after the two
years of preparatory classes
The
third year is an initial teaching of the fundamentals of energy engineering and
electrical engineering. In the fourth year, the out course, gradually becoming
technological, more oriented towards the design and optimization of renewable
energy conversion systems. In the fifth year, during the first semester, the program
is reinforced by lessons relating to entrepreneurship and innovation, project
management, environmental considerations, economic models and questions of
legislation, and to hybridization. The second semester of this year is devoted
to a training course inside a company in real life situations.

authority’s objectives and industrial market demands. These goals can be
