Internal Medicine Study Program

The Specialist Program in Internal Medicine was established in 1980, following the official mandate stipulated in Decree 076/U/1980 by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This educational initiative fosters cognitive capabilities essential for keen observation, accurate problem identification, and effective resolution within patient management. Successful graduates of this specialized medical program demonstrate competence in evaluating, diagnosing, and addressing prevalent medical conditions. The curriculum comprehensively encompasses various specialized domains, including Allergy and Immunology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Geriatrics, Hematology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, as well as Tropical and Infectious Diseases.
