Amity School of Fashion Design & Technology offers students a solid foundation for the future, with both general and industry specific sessions. Fashion Design course inculcates in students the ability to develop, enhance and execute creativity and innovation. The students learn to design and create Textile, Fashion, Craft, Accessories and Sustainable design, and finally display them on runways at various platforms. Various academic activities help students develop a refined ‘design’ perception and attitude, interdisciplinary nature of design and relevance of design in terms of environment, tradition, culture, human senses 'satisfaction and emotions.

Besides apparel manufacturing, ASFDT focuses on the high-value verticals in design industry such as Research & Development, design, marketing, visualization, merchandising, retail and entrepreneurship.
