A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline plus at least 5 years' relevant professional experience
or

For students without a previous degree, at least 5 years' relevant professional experience plus a minimum of 5 years' managerial experience with accountability for outcomes, projects and people. Your CV will need to effectively demonstrate this.
