Learn through professional experience

Bachelor’s students complete two international internships, allowing you to apply what you have learned, explore different career paths and build a professional network before graduating.
While approximately 75% of internships take place in hotels, other students gain experience in restaurants, health and wellbeing, finance, consumer goods, logistics and related industries. Around 46% take place in Switzerland and 54% internationally.
Eligible students may also pursue Management-in-Training opportunities, providing early exposure to management responsibilities.
Dedicated career coaches will help you define your objectives, identify opportunities, prepare your CV and strengthen your interview and networking skills.

You will also benefit from the International Recruitment Forum, held twice a year by Swiss Education Group. The event connects students with recruiters from more than 100 companies across hospitality, luxury, events, retail, banking, aviation, cruise lines and other industries.

  • Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management: Build expertise in hospitality operations, business, finance, marketing, leadership and luxury-establishment management. The programme includes specialization electives, two internships and opportunities to explore fields such as events, marketing, luxury and travel.
  • Bachelor of Science in Applied AI for Hospitality Business Management: Specialize in the application of artificial intelligence, data and automation to hospitality operations, customer experience, business decision-making and organizational transformation. The programme maintains a strong focus on ethical decisions, human judgement, empathy and creativity. The programme is new and its first intake will be October 2027.
  • Master of Science in Leadership: Develop advanced capabilities in organizational leadership, corporate finance, strategic marketing, change and innovation, ethics, global strategy and boardroom negotiation. Students choose a specialization aligned with their professional ambitions, including Hospitality and Tourism, alongside opportunities for applied leadership, a capstone project, start-up acceleration or an optional internship.

Brig 
Nestled in the picturesque Swiss Alps, Brig stands as a captivating college town where academic pursuits meet breathtaking natural beauty. Students find themselves immersed in a dynamic learning environment amidst charming streets lined with quaint cafes, artisanal shops, and inviting bookstores. During breaks, students can wander through lively markets, sampling local delicacies or take a short 2-hour train ride to Milan, Italy for the weekend. 

With a range of dining options available on campus, students can choose according to their preferences. Whether it's cooking their own meals, dining in the main restaurant, or grabbing a quick snack at the café, there's something to suit everyone's tastes on campus. 

Brig campus offers students access to modern gym facilities and plenty of spaces to relax with classmates during breaks or in the evenings. With 24-hour security and a monitored front desk, students can feel assured that they are studying and living in a safe and secure environment. 

Le Bouveret 
Le Bouveret is a beautiful lakeside resort on the shores of Lake Geneva, minutes away from the French border, with breathtaking views of the Swiss Riviera and alpine foothills. Known for its beautiful beach and many outdoor attractions, Le Bouveret is a popular summer resort, conveniently located near the vibrant towns of Montreux and Lausanne. The campus is situated just minutes away from the town center and the lake.  

Rooms are located in several adjacent buildings: the main building, the former Hotel Aiglon, which dates back to the early 1900s and overlooks the lake, and the adjacent Bellevue buildings, set among the trees. 

Le Bouveret campus is composed of: The Aiglon, Bellevue, Apicius, and The Mosimann Collection. The campus offers students plenty of options to relax and socialize, including a natural pool, hiking trails, nightclub, table tennis, table football, home cinema complete with gaming equipment. 

Student life

Campus life offers more than just classes. Students can develop leadership skills, explore interests, and make friends through clubs like the Innovation Club, Eta Sigma Delta Society, Green Globe, Wine Club, and Music Club. They can also join events like Sports Day and attend masterclasses or themed banquets. Additionally, there are recreational rooms for hanging out with classmates and planning parties at the Chaos in Brig and Underground in Le Bouveret.

Tuition fees

César Ritz Colleges Switzerland offers a range of scholarship opportunities to support eligible students throughout their studies.
Scholarships are available for Swiss citizens and Swiss permit holders, as well as students from selected academic partner institutions worldwide. Each application is assessed on a case-by-case basis according to specific eligibility criteria.
Scholarships apply to tuition fees only, cannot be combined with other fee reductions, and are subject to limited availability each year.

Payment plans and special financing arrangements may also be available for eligible students.
