5 terms across 2 years
- Year 1 on campus (3 terms / 33 weeks) covering core leadership, finance, operations, strategic marketing, ethics, and specialization courses;
- Term 1: Leading People & Organizations; Corporate Finance; Processes & Operations; Strategic Marketing; Leadership Training; Harvard Business Publishing leadership certificate; Team Building workshop; Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Leadership exit option.
- Term 2: Leadership for Change & Innovation; Global Strategic Management; Presentation Skills & Storytelling; Leadership & Ethics; C‑Suite & Boardroom workshop; Negotiation seminar; Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) exit option.
- Term 3: Three specialization courses; Leadership in Practice (case‑based); experiential modules such as Global Leadership Retreat, Project Management program, Equine Leadership Workshop, Business Valuation masterclass; Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) exit option.
- Year 2 off campus (2 terms / 22 weeks) dedicated to either a Capstone Start‑Up Accelerator or a Global Internship (optional).
Terms 4–5 (off campus): Capstone Start‑Up Accelerator or Global Internship; final graduation with MSc in Leadership.

Admission Requirements
- Minimum age recommendation: 21 years
- Previous experience: Recommended but not mandatory
- A recognized Bachelor's degree in business / management or a related field. Applicants with degrees in other fields will be considered and may be required to complete a Business Immersion Seminar Series.
- For non-native English speakers, a test result of English Level:
- IELTS academic module 6.0 with no band below 5.5
- TOEFL 4.5 with no component below 4.0
- equivalent Duolingo scores.
