Organizations that view human resources as merely business-serving are rapidly falling behind in the global marketplace. Now more than ever, organizations need innovative, business-driving strategies that address human capital challenges through data-driven, market-based insights and organization-wide integrated solutions.
Columbia University’s Master of Science in Human Capital Management (HCM) prepares graduates to address any organization’s human capital challenges through data-driven, market-based insights and organization-wide integrated solutions. For the part-time option, students may take all their courses on Columbia’s New York City campus or they can pursue their coursework online via Columbia’s interactive social learning platform. The program takes six terms to complete and will be offered in both spring 2022 and fall 2022. To accommodate working professionals, most classes are scheduled from 6:10–8:00 p.m. or 8:10–10:00 p.m.
