A bachelor degree or similar qualification from a university or business school* (An undergraduate degree or a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration – HD);
A minimum of three years of experience managing people, projects, or budgets over a continuous period;
Support from your organisation. Financial support is encouraged but not obligatory, though it is a requirement that your organisation permits you time out of the office to attend classes;
English language proficiency;
Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to contribute in the classroom;
Open-mindedness, with a global perspective and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
