FAQs

DePaul awards scholarships for academic excellence, strong leadership, service to your community and artistic talent.  Learn more about our scholarship opportunities.

DePaul University in Chicago offers a wide range of undergraduate majors and graduate degree programs across various disciplines, many of which have been STEM designated.

No, DePaul does not require an external course-by-course evaluation for a graduate application to be considered.  Graduate applicants must submit complete transcripts – including semester mark sheets and supplemental mark sheets as applicable – at the time of application.  These must include all transcripts through the next-to-last semester of study (for programs in progress) or all transcripts with confirmation of graduation (for completed programs).

Once all transcripts and the $75 International Graduate Application Fee have been received, DePaul will complete an internal transcript evaluation. The estimated time to completion is 3-5 business days.

Currently, the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business (KGSB) and the Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media (CDM) will accept students with 3-year bachelor’s degrees from India. Other programs will consider applicants with 3-year bachelor’s degrees on a case-by-case basis.
