This programme ensures that students are exposed to the latest management practices in the sector as they become familiar with the key academic knowledge associated with global hospitality management. You’ll develop organisational and business management skills that are relevant to hospitality organisations. Through lectures, guest speakers and case studies, you’ll gain an advanced understanding of the issues and concepts involved in creating successful hospitality experiences.
