The admissions process varies depending on the programme each applicant is applying for. For specific admissions requirements for MSc programmes you can visit this link, and for MBA programmes you can visit this link. However, the typical admissions process at Esade comprises of the following steps;
The first step is to register on the website and to complete the online application form. Several documents will be required to be submitted along with the application, which might differ based on the programme the applicant is applying to.
After submitting the necessary documents, applicants will have to submit a non-refundable application fee and complete the application form with their electronic signature. After submitting the application, applicants will be required to upload several necessary documents through the student portal. These documents include;
After the completion of this step, the application will be considered by the admissions team and the applicant will have to keep a constant check on their application via the student portal. The next stage includes an official interview with an associate director of admissions which will be conducted either in person or online. When you choose Esade, you don’t just choose a world-class bachelors and master’s programme, you choose state-of-the-art learning spaces, workshops, study hubs, contemplation and reflection areas are all complemented by world-class recreational facilities. The business school has campuses in both Barcelona and Madrid; Pedralbes campus and Sant Cugat campus in Barcelona and Madrid campus.
The Pedralbes campus houses three buildings with lecturer theatres and learning spaces. The highlighting feature of the campus is a modern 900-m2 venue called the “Esade Forum” for all types of events ranging from conferences, conventions to workshops.

Esade Madrid campus encompasses two adjacent buildings equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, meeting rooms, social areas, and cafeterias, providing a comprehensive environment for academic and social activities.
Students also get access to the Esade library facilities which comprises of physical academic resources, e-books, e-journals, other e-resources and even virtual reality tools. This library offers online access to students while they are away from campus to utilise their electronic services.
For students looking to brush up their language centric skills, the business school offers support of their language centre which is comprised of 33 professional educators from diverse backgrounds.
Esade houses a Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CTL), promoting the institution’s innovation in teaching and learning. This centre facilitates four main elements in the teaching and learning process;

For our MScs
You should begin the admissions process as soon as possible given that there are very few places on these programs; the committee starts assigning places around October and finishes in June. You do not need to wait until you have all the supporting documents to submit your online application. The admissions process is lengthy and there are several steps that do not depend entirely on your availability:
Gather all the documentation required
- Take the GMAT/GRE
- Take a level test of English
- Apply for a visa
- Find accommodation in Barcelona

Our admissions process officially begins in October and ends in June or as long as program spots are still available. We recommend you send us your application as soon as possible given that spots in our programs are limited.
You can begin the admissions process via our website and clicking on the Apply online button you’ll find in the banner at the top of each program’s dedicated webpage.
For our MScs
After completing your online application form, submitting all the required documentation and having your official interview, the Admissions Committee will assess your application and we will let you know their final decision. This process takes approximately one month.
For our Bachelor's Programs
Once you’ve completed your application and taken the Admissions Test, we will check to ensure that you have provided all the necessary documents (marks on your first evaluations, official English level certificate if necessary, etc.). If this is in fact the case, we will begin preparing your file to present your candidature to the Admissions Committee. This process tends to take at least 3 weeks.

It is not mandatory, as we can conduct online interviews. But when possible, we recommend candidates take their interview in person.
