For our MScs
You should begin the admissions process as soon as possible given that there are very few places on these programs; the committee starts assigning places around October and finishes in June. You do not need to wait until you have all the supporting documents to submit your online application. The admissions process is lengthy and there are several steps that do not depend entirely on your availability:
Gather all the documentation required
- Take the GMAT/GRE
- Take a level test of English
- Apply for a visa
- Find accommodation in Barcelona

Our admissions process officially begins in October and ends in June or as long as program spots are still available. We recommend you send us your application as soon as possible given that spots in our programs are limited.
You can begin the admissions process via our website and clicking on the Apply online button you’ll find in the banner at the top of each program’s dedicated webpage.
For our MScs
After completing your online application form, submitting all the required documentation and having your official interview, the Admissions Committee will assess your application and we will let you know their final decision. This process takes approximately one month.
For our Bachelor's Programs
Once you’ve completed your application and taken the Admissions Test, we will check to ensure that you have provided all the necessary documents (marks on your first evaluations, official English level certificate if necessary, etc.). If this is in fact the case, we will begin preparing your file to present your candidature to the Admissions Committee. This process tends to take at least 3 weeks.
For our MScs
It is not mandatory, as we can conduct online interviews. But when possible, we recommend candidates take their interview in person.

Our admissions process is 100% online. When you’ve completed your admissions application, you’ll receive an e-mail allowing you to choose the date and time that best suits you to take the Admissions Test.
