Master in Management (Programme Grande Ecole)

Esdes' Programme Grande Ecole is a prestigious 5-year program that leads to a diploma accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, recognized with the Grade de Master (Bac+5, level 7). This program aims to develop managerial skills, strategic vision, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities essential for advancing within your organization.

For the third consecutive year, the Esdes master's degree has been ranked among the world's top 100 master's programs in management according to the Financial Times rankings and has, for the first time, entered the QS Business Master's Ranking 2025.

The program is divided into two parts:

- First Cycle: The initial three years focus on building a solid management and strategic thinking foundation. This cycle includes tailored courses, various internships, and a semester abroad at one of our partner universities.

- Master Cycle: The final two years allow you to specialise by choosing from 15 options. You can pursue this specialization through work-study or full-time programs offered in either French or English, at our campuses in  Lyon or Annecy.
