Executive MBA

GUT MBA goal is to provide masters level executive education, to fullfil the needs of industry and society, and increase the value of educated talent pool as well as to meet the needs of managers in a wider international business environment. GUT MBA connects talents to develop effective leaders and entrepreneurs, who will have the significant impact on economy and society through values-led experience. The MBA is designed to promote integration of business and management disciplines, by providing top academic knowledge, hands-on experience, and by developing managerial competences as well as leadership skills. GUT MBA is a generalist programme but with a particular focus on strategy implementation through applied programme and projects, turning theory and principles into practice. GUT MBA is organized in two phases, with the first year of generic modules and the second focused on Integrated Strategy Design and Implementation. The 2nd year helps students to integrate the different issues in managerial and business-oriented approach. To enable the natural flow of knowledge between participants from different countries working in multicultural teams, the MBA is English-led programme.
