Established in June 2000, Hartford Management Centre Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Hartford Education Corporation Limited ("Hartford"), a leading education provider of business management programmes listed on the Singapore Exchange.

In April 2004, Hartford Education Corporation Limited became a subsidiary of RafflesEducationCorp (formerly known as RafflesLaSalle), one of the leading creative and design management education groups in the Asia. Hartford has subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Mongolia, Sydney and Vietnam and the PRC and has partnerships with several foreign universities, namely University of Leicester and University of Surrey in the United Kingdom, Australia International Hotel School and the University of Newcastle in Australia.
