The Bachelor's Degree in  Human Resources Management  at ISG lasts 6 semesters/180 ECTS and aims to develop skills in the field of strategic and operational management of Human Resources for profit and non-profit organizations, including Public Administration.    

In addition to the basic themes of “general” management such as Economics, Management Fundamentals and Information Systems Technologies, as well as Scientific Research Methodologies, the degree covers in depth and with a practical focus the classic subjects of HRM such as: Recruitment and Selection, Careers, Performance Evaluation and Remuneration, complemented with current themes such as Strategic Management of Human Resources, Skills Development, Change Management, Internal Communication, Culture and Identity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Social Responsibility and Sustainability.

The degree culminates with a Project/Internship duly supervised by a professor in the area of ​​specialization where the internship takes place.

The teaching staff of the Bachelor's Degree is mostly made up of Professors with PhDs and Masters in the area of ​​specialization of HRM, with solid academic and professional experience in several private and public organizations and exercising functions in the Human Resources Management intervention portfolio and different levels of qualification and framework.
