International School of Agri Management (ISAM) is situated in Almería, Spain (where students enjoy more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year). Almería’s agricultural model was chosen by the United Nations as the best way to “feed the world”, and has attracted many international companies working in the innovation and technology industries.

ISAM’s campus is on the Scientific-Technological Park of Almeria (PITA) where students can access innovation labs, prototype design labs and start-up incubator rooms.

As the first Agribusiness School fully dedicated to the agricultural sector in Europe, experts create ISAM’s dedicated agro sector programs for professionals wanting to progress or begin their career in the sector. The school welcomes international professors from big companies including Global GAP, Amazon, Koppert, and Google.

Students at ISAM come from the main companies across the agricultural sector, from a wide array of backgrounds and positions also.

The Almería campus (PITA) boasts an auditorium, classroom, study rooms, labs, innovation room, start-up incubator rooms, cafeteria; student residence with student rooms, cafeteria, and gym; hotel partnerships

The campus in Málaga is still to be confirmed.

Students can make the most of the residence gym, cafeteria services, activities, in-company visits, job search assistance, student services, and career services.

In October 2020 the International School of Agri Management will welcome the first English-taught class. ISAM has received applications from Spain, Italy, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico and Peru.  

The accommodation provided by the university has a gym and cafeteria where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Accommodation is in the city center close to amenities and night life.

Students hoping to get a place on a postgraduate program will require a bachelor’s degree from any kind of specialization or five years’ work experience

In order to apply onto a postgraduate program, students will need to upload all the below documents into the student portal:

-    CV
-    Motivation letter
-    Bachelor Diploma
-    Bachelor Transcripts
-    Proof of English - Advanced
-    Passport Picture
-    Picture (jpg)
-    Reference letter (optional)

International students need to show a certified copy of their university qualification, and a certified copy of transcript records.

For the Master in English (MIAM) non-EU students need to pay €600 (US$671) extra towards the tuition fee in order to manage their application + visa

The International School of Agri Management works with a large number of companies with ties in the agricultural sector.

Students on the English MIAM (Master’s in International Agribusiness Management) program have a mandatory internship during the 11-month program.

Students who want to undertake an extracurricular internship are able to and can do more than one internship during the course of the program if they so wish.
