COVID-19 Information:

• What is the status of planned campus admission open days/tours?
All campus visits and tours have been cancelled until April 15th and open days/admitted student day events have been cancelled for the month of April. We are offering online alternatives on Zoom and will reevaluate planning more events in the summer as soon as the university reopens. This is as of today; things can change in the coming weeks as we wait on the government to decide on extended measures or not.

•  How can applicants contact the university about their application?
Students can contact Admissions at [email protected] or directly to me at [email protected]. We are currently working from home and responding to emails within 24 hours.

• How is the university handling applicants whose exams have been cancelled? We are evaluating and admitting applicants based on predicted scores and assigned grades.
We do not plan on rescinding any acceptances due to cancelled exams and will be flexible with each student's peculiar situation. We are also working with our Registrar to continue to transfer credits for A Level and IB courses.

• What advice is the university offering to applicants unable to take an English-language test due to centers being closed?
The University is offering an internal English Skype Test with our English Department to evaluate English proficiency.

• How is the university supporting applicants whose visa applications have been delayed?
At this moment, we are not able to answer with certainty. We are aware that many Italian Consulates around the world are closed or not providing visas at this time. However, we are positive that they will reopen in the summer months when most students are applying for visas. It is still early in our cycle and students begin applying for visas in June/July.

• Is the university still accepting applications? Are there any restrictions being placed on international applicants?
Yes, we are still accepting applications and there are no restrictions in place. We will allow for refunds of tuition and housing deposits if the situation should not improve and have also extended our deadlines.

• How are applications for university accommodation being handled?
Housing Applications are still being received and assigned though refunds are available.

• Is the university making any changes to entry requirements (i.e. test results, required documents)?
We are not making any changes to entry requirements at this time though we will be flexible and work with each student's peculiar situation on a case by case basis.
