Bachelor of Arts in Sport Psychology

Human Kinetics is a discipline focused on the study and practice of human movement and exercise and their impact on health and physical performance. The programs will help students develop knowledge and practical skills related to community health promotion, chronic disease prevention, and rehabilitation. The Sport Psychology program focuses on the ways in which mental training impacts performance by examining motivation, psychometrics, anatomy, ethics in sports, biomechanics, mental training strategies, stress management, etc. Students will study with internationally renowned sport and exercise psychology researchers and practitioners in the only program of its kind in Canada.
