You’ll prepare for a wide range of careers by studying physical education and school sport in its broadest sense. Exploring the full lifecycle of  physical education, you’ll gain knowledge and experience of physical education for primary and secondary school children, how to develop physically literate young people to enable them to live active, healthy lives, as well as building active schools and their communities. Within the two years you’ll study a combination of theoretical and practical modules, covering themes such as psychology, sociology, sport science, pedagogy and philosophy. This is a practical and vocational degree, so you’ll apply your learning to games, athletics, outdoor adventurous activities, gymnastics and dance.
