The Master’s programme in Human Geography is a two-year international programme focusing on cultural, economic, social and political aspects of human activities from distinctly geographical perspectives. The programme prepares its graduates for a wide range of professions in public service, NGOs and the private sector. The flexibility of the programme’s second year makes it possible to tailor the education towards particular professions. This flexibility, and the Department of Human Geography’s commitment to critical and independent scholarship, also makes the master programme an ideal platform if you want to prepare for a research career – or simply to pursue a human-geographical topic that engages you.
