Over the years, the National University "Odesa Law Academy has established itself as a real centre of scientific and student life and confidently occupies a leading position in the field of legal education in Ukraine. The dynamics of development of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" contributes to an increase in the range of training of specialists in the Bachelor's degree in important educational programmes.

The training of lawyers is based on the realities of today and is progressive, competitive and important, and is based on the individual's self-determination and independence of the individual.

The training of specialists in the field of law is carried out in the speciality 081 "Law", on the basis of 10 structural subdivisions of the University, located in Odesa and abroad, and in the speciality 293 "International Law" at the Faculty of Judicial and International Law.

The Faculty of Journalism trains students in the speciality 061 "Journalism" under the educational and professional programmes "Journalism", "Advertising and Public Relations".

The Faculty of Psychology, Political Science and Sociology trains specialists in the fields of Political Science, Psychology and Sociology. 

Professional training of managers at the University is carried out at two faculties - the Faculty of Advocacy and Anti-Corruption Activities (educational programmes "Management" and "Management of Legal Business"), and the Faculty of Cybersecurity and Information Technologies ("IT Management and Marketing"). Innovative technologies and teaching methods accompany students throughout their studies.

The University also trains bachelors in the speciality 035 "Philology", which enables students to gain a thorough knowledge of philology and translation studies and find promising jobs in national and international companies of any profile.

Specialists in the IT field are trained at the Faculty of Cybersecurity and Information Technologies, at the first (bachelor's) level in 121 "Software Engineering", 122 "Computer Science", 125 "Cybersecurity and Information Protection" (study programme "Cybersecurity"), 073 "Management" (study programme "IT Management and Marketing"), 014 "Secondary Education" (study programme "Computer Science and Programming"), 174 "Automation, Computer Integrated Systems and Robotics".

Master's degree in law is provided in the speciality 081 "Law" on the basis of 10 structural subdivisions of the University located in Odesa and abroad, and in the speciality 293 "International Law" at the Faculty of Judicial and International Law. We also train masters in the speciality 262 "Law Enforcement".

In 2023, for the first time, the certification of applicants for the Master's degree in 081 "Law", 293 "International Law" was conducted in the form of the Unified State Qualification Examination (USQE), for which 761 applicants were registered. Thus, in the academic year 2023, 715 masters successfully passed the Unified State Qualification Exam, which is 97.68% of the number of applicants who appeared for the USQE.

The Faculty of Journalism of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" trains students of the second master's degree under the educational and professional programme "International Journalism", speciality 061 "Journalism" and speciality 033 "Philosophy" under the educational and professional programme "Philosophy of Media Practices". The educational programme "Philosophy of Media Practices" is practice-oriented, which is reflected in the improvement of students' skills related to public speaking, argumentation, and self-presentation technologies.

The Faculty of Psychology, Political Science and Sociology trains specialists in the fields of Political Science, Psychology and Sociology. Since 2023, masters have been trained under the new educational and professional programme Clinical Psychology.

Professional training of managers at the University is carried out at the Faculty of Advocacy and Anti-Corruption Activities (educational programme "Project Management").

Specialists in IT are trained at the Faculty of Cybersecurity and Information Technologies, at the second (master's) level, specialising in 124 "System Analysis", 122 "Computer Science" (educational programme "Computer Science and Information Systems").

The Centre for Training Masters of Public Service and Professional Judges trains highly qualified specialists in the following specialities 281 "Public Management and Administration" and 081 "Law", who are able to solve complex specialised tasks and practical problems in the field of public management and administration, which involves the application of professional competencies in the general field of management and administration at various levels of government through the formation and development of a set of general, professional competencies and a system of values - critical thinking, civic engagement and social responsibility.
