Admission Requirements
- Request Letter from the Foreign Students
- Scanned copy of passport bio page
- Copy of Transcript of Records (Last school attended)
Admission
- Photocopy of passport (data page, date of latest arrival, bureau of quarantine stamp)
- Scholastic records (official Transcript of Records)
- Notarized affidavit of support with bank statements/ notice of grant for institutional scholar, if applicable
- Police Clearance
- Medical Certificate
- Birth Certificate or its equivalent
NOTE: Nos. 2,3,4,5,6 shall be authenticated by the Philippines Foreign Service Post of your country of origin.
