International leadership
Explore global business, stakeholder engagement, and entrepreneurship, culminating in the MIT Sloan Immersion Program—an international learning experience focused on innovation and leadership in complex systems.
Complex program leadership and strategic procurement
Develop expertise in leading large-scale, high-risk, and globally distributed projects. This stream draws on more than 15 years of QUT experience in complex program delivery, strategic procurement, and risk management.
Evidence-Based, practice-focused curriculum
Benefit from QUT’s strong industry connections and practical learning approach.

- Complete assessments aligned with current workplace challenges
- Gain insights from industry guest lecturers
1:1 Personalised leadership coaching and executive mentoring
Your leadership growth is supported throughout the program by structured, individualised guidance.
In the first half of the program, you will work with an executive coach who provides feedback on leadership style, supports development goals, and offers practical guidance for applying learning in your role.
In the second half of the program, you will be paired with a senior executive or board member as your mentor – meeting monthly to explore leadership, decision-making and governance.
Global opportunities
The QUT EMBA includes immersive study tours and global learning opportunities that connect theory with international best practice.
You’ll learn directly from leading organisations and global experts—building insight into the challenges and opportunities of leadership across diverse cultural and business contexts. These experiences are an integral part of the EMBA journey, not optional extras.
