More than ever, attaining successful management results with limited resources is essential. Managers must be prepared to set goals and standards, choose the best course of action from many alternatives, and assume responsibility for their decisions. The MBA+ JD provides crucial legal and analytical tools for results-oriented decision-making.
You'll start the program by completing the first year of the School of Law curriculum, and then begin taking MBA courses at Questrom during the first semester of your second year. You'll take MBA courses in the evenings with our Professional Evening MBA students, completing them on a part-time basis, while continuing to pursue your JD full time.
During each semester of your third year, you'll usually take one MBA course at Questrom. Then, in your final year, you'll take MBA courses only and may do so full time, though classes will still be held in the evenings.
Because the schools share many areas of focus, students can complete both degrees in four years rather than the usual five. The MBA is awarded by Questrom; the JD is awarded by the School of Law.
