Our Executive Master of Business Administration is a part-time continuing education program for managers in technology-oriented industrial and service companies.
It is aimed at experts from various disciplines who want to build up business management and corporate leadership skills as their tasks and responsibilities increase. The focus of the program is on the opportunities and challenges presented by new technology, digital transformation, and connectivity. Our participants represent the diversity of the industrial working world. This enables an interdisciplinary exchange on a personal level and trains a change of perspective. The networks of professors, speakers from the field, and fellow students that develop over four semesters are just as valuable and sustainable as the course itself.
The Executive MBA has five central program components in which you get to know different fields of application, discuss potentials and weaknesses of the methods taught and finally transfer what you have learned into the professional context. At the same time, the program always offers sufficient room for self-reflection as well as mutual exchange. The modules are primarily held in German and occasionally in English. The combination of classroom days and blended learning content enables a comprehensive learning experience that is compatible with your private and professional requirements.
Intensive modules on management and leadership offer a toolbox based on current research for making sound decisions and deriving recommendations for action. It is less about theory and more about action-oriented knowledge along the entire value chain of a company. A look at the multifaceted conditions of management is taken from different perspectives.
