- 2 letters of recommendation attesting to the applicants potential for success in graduate studies (required).

- A personal statement of up to 500 words describing why the applicant is seeking this graduate degree (required).
- Graduate Record Examination (optional)
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in undergraduate study (preferred).
