The educational program 7M01101 - Pedagogy and Psychology offers a new approach to the formation of key competencies required by the graduate and is aimed at preparing for the implementation of research and scientific research, teaching and educational and educational, organizational and managerial, expert and analytical work. The educational program is developed on the basis of a competency model for training specialists, which meets the needs of stakeholders. This model is a description of the key competencies of graduates, their level of preparedness and readiness to perform specific professional functions. The organization of educational activities of students in accordance with this EP is carried out through the planning of the educational process, the content of education, the choice of methods of conducting training sessions, independent work of students, forms of final control of their educational achievements. In the implementation of this educational program, teachers are involved who have completed advanced courses and internships both in leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
