The Master's in Finance (MFin) at UCEMA is specially
designed for those looking to enhance their technical skills to advance their
career development. The objective is to provide professionals with financial
tools and concepts that empower them to make well-informed decisions on both a
local and international scale. The Master's offers four specializations:
Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Legal Aspects of Finance, and Banking
Finance.
Graduates of the program will have the ability
to enhance their skills in assuming responsibilities and making financial
decisions, such as conducting financial projections, valuing a company, pricing
a bond, evaluating an investment project, structuring financing, understanding
macroeconomic reality and its impact on financial variables, constructing an
investment portfolio with defined risk profiles, operating and interpreting
markets, among other activities with local and international reach.
Founded in 1991, the Master's is the most
recognized in the local sphere. It is nationally accredited by CONEAU and by
CNV, and internationally recognized by the CFA Institute. Exclusive surveys on
finance master's programs (IECO and Deloitte) consistently rank it first in
prestige, recognition, and reputation.
Students have excelled in recent international
tests by the Bloomberg Institute (BAT) and benefit from support from Refinitiv,
BYMA, and Trading View for access to financial information. They also
participate in and have won the CFA Research Challenge and the stock market
simulation competition.
