The Université Lumière Lyon 2 is a multi-campus university with its headquarters set in the heart of France’s second biggest city. The University was created in 1973, as the result of a government-decreed split, but can trace its history back to the mid-nineteenth century. Boasting a strong tradition of quality research and the value of its teaching, Université Lumière Lyon 2 is amongst the largest universities of Social Sciences and Humanities in France.
