This part-time programme is for mid-career to senior leaders and managers who want to progress in their career, change industry or career, or start their own business. Designed with busy working professionals in mind, this MSc in Leading Strategic Change enables you to gain a master's degree alongside a full-time job.

You will transform your ability to think about and manage organisational change and strategic initiatives. You will develop the skills and mindset to lead strategic change, based on the latest research and evidence on change management, leadership, and strategy in organisations.

This programme will help you shape and enhance your impact as a leader and strategic thinker. You will develop a deep understanding of how to thrive in the new technology-enabled environment, manage the complexities of flexible and dynamic working, and lead diverse multicultural and multi-generational teams.

You will learn through a variety of highly interactive face-to-face and online sessions, such as mini-lectures, case studies, personal reflection and team discussions. You will be working with globally recognised academics from a range of backgrounds in industry and academia.

An upper second-class honours degree or equivalent qualification, and at least five years' relevant work experience, which should include significant managerial responsibility. Applicants without a degree will be considered on a case-by-case basis where they can provide evidence of relevant professional experience. Speak to our programme team to find out more.
