Work experience is a core component of the UBC MBA+MBAN Dual Degree program and is built into your journey. With the UBC MBA, you will complete a paid internship or take part in an industry or entrepreneurial project. On the UBC MBAN side, you will gain hands-on experience in analytics through a 4-month internship or a group industry project or a research project. In addition, you will have the opportunity to understand how business operates at a global level through the mandatory Global Immersion Experience program where you will travel abroad and consult for a company on a specific business challenge unique to that company.
