The University of Hertfordshire is a modern university based largely in Hatfield, in the county of Hertfordshire, about 35km north of London. Described as “the UK's leading business-facing university”, Hertfordshire has more than 25,000 students enrolled from nearly 90 different countries and over 300 courses available to international students, across seven Schools of Study.
IMS College (International Management Studies) was established in 1995 by British management education experts to offer high-quality development programs for professionals. Initially operating as the Center of Liberal Studies (licensed by EOPPEP A/23684), it became a fully licensed college in 2017 (No. 46327/K1/17-3-2017, Ministry of Education). This accreditation enables IMS College to collaborate with foreign institutions for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
With over 28 years of experience, IMS College has partnered with the University of Strathclyde to offer Executive MBA and other master's programs in Greece, as well as with other UK universities like Keele University for postgraduate courses.
The University of Hertfordshire has been honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise for its highly effective internationalisation strategy. Considered the country’s highest business accolade and approved by both the Prime Minister and The King, the University was recognised for its excellence in international trade, winning the King’s Award for International Trade for Outstanding Continuous Growth in overseas sales over the last six years. The only university to be awarded a King’s Award for Enterprise this year, Herts was recognised for how it has developed and grown its internationalisation strategy, which has resulted in a booming international community at its Hertfordshire campus, and an extensive overseas partner network.
The University has a community of over 36,000 students from 140 countries, and 170 partner Universities worldwide.
In 2024, IMS College partnered with the University of Hertfordshire to offer an MBA program in Greece, targeting both younger and more experienced professionals. The program, which includes local and online support, aims to expand its offerings with modern specializations in the future.
The MBA is designed for individuals with a first degree but limited work experience, preparing them for roles in management or related to their field of study. The curriculum focuses on developing leadership skills and strategic management expertise to enhance employability and business knowledge.
The MBA program will provide students with key business and management skills, including people management, strategic marketing, and financial proficiency. Students will develop strategic leadership abilities and the capacity to assess organizational positioning for professional success.

Additionally, students will benefit from teaching and supervision by expert research-active staff, several of whom are world leaders in their field and act as consultants with leading organisations such as Roche, Camelot and BDO Hayward.
