Previous Study and Professional Experience To be eligible for the Walbrook MBA, you must meet one of the following:

Option 1:

  • Hold a 2:2 honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution, and
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience

Option 2:

  • Have 2 or more years of relevant work experience

Recognition of Prior Learning If you have prior studies or are considering transferring from another institution, you may be able to transfer up to 60 credits towards your MBA (note: credits cannot be granted for the Research Development or Capstone Project modules).

Other Qualifications International qualifications may be accepted, provided they can be verified for equivalency—typically through ECCTIS (also known as UK ENIC).

English Language Requirements If English is not your first language, you'll need to demonstrate English proficiency by one of the following methods. You may also be eligible if you have previously studied in English at an appropriate level from a recognised institution.

  • IELTS:  Overall score of 6.5 or above, with no section below 6.0
  • TOEFL iBT®:  Total score of at least 88 (with at least 18 in reading, 19 in listening, 19 in speaking, and 23 in writing)
  • Trinity College London Integrated Skills in English (ISE):  Level II with distinction in each skill (results valid for two years)
  • Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency or Advanced English:  Overall score of 176, with no component below 169

You can complete your MBA online in 14 months if studying full-time, or around 24 months if studying part-time. The full-time option involves taking two modules simultaneously, with brief intervals between start dates, while the part-time option allows you to focus on one module at a time.
The MBA is made up of 180 credits, including core modules and a final Capstone Project made up of two research-based modules.
The total fees are £8,880 for our online MBA. You’ll pay for each module before you begin studying it. UK students may be eligible for a UK government master's loan.
Your MBA is delivered via an online study platform, allowing you to study one or two modules at a time depending on your chosen mode. Full-time students typically take two modules simultaneously, with a brief gap between their start dates, while part-time students work through one module at a time.
