The one- to three-year MSc by Research in Oncology course is based on the conduct of a specific research project conducted in a single research group or laboratory. Applications are accepted from both basic scientists and clinicians. Applicants are encouraged to contact a Group Head directly to discuss potential projects and/or to propose an independently written project which should complement both the applicant’s and the prospective supervisor's research interests. Please note that the MSc by Research has no taught elements and is not a prerequisite for the DPhil in Oncology.
