The goals of the College of Sciences and Arts includes: Preparing students to work in the fields of basic sciences, education, languages, and home economics, for which the college qualifies; Updating and developing educational programs, teaching and learning methods, and assessment and evaluation methods in the various fields of the college that are consistent with its mission; Updating and developing the professional and administrative skills of faculty members and their equivalents and faculty workers through various training courses and Working to provide specialized cadres. The Computer Department at the College of Science and Arts in Tarif was opened with the aim of preparing specialized female graduates in the fields of computers and information technology to meet the labor market's need in these fields. The study began in the department at the beginning of the academic year 1433-1434 AH for the bachelor’s stage, thus making the College of Sciences and Arts the first college to be established in the Tarif branch to grant a bachelor’s degree in this specialty.

Admission Requirements

The student must be a student in the scientific track in the preparatory year; The student must successfully pass the first and second standardized levels in all educational programs in the college, which include the requirements of the college; AND a Cumulative GPA 3.00.
