The department aims to prepare qualified and specialized teachers who are able to protect the rights of people with special needs and meet their needs efficiently and effectively, taking into account the modern global trends in preparing human cadres working in the field of special education in the two tracks of learning difficulties and mental disabilities. The goals of the College of Sciences and Arts includes: Preparing students to work in the fields of basic sciences, education, languages, and home economics, for which the college qualifies; Updating and developing educational programs, teaching and learning methods, and assessment and evaluation methods in the various fields of the college that are consistent with its mission; Updating and developing the professional and administrative skills of faculty members and their equivalents and faculty workers through various training courses and Working to provide specialized cadres.
