At the end of the Specialization in Security, Hygiene and Environmental Protection, the graduates will be able to:

    • Act in the field of Industrial Hygiene and Safety, in accordance with the requirements imposed by Law 19587/72 "Law of Hygiene and Safety at Work", Law 24557/95 "Law of Occupational Risk", Law 24028 /91 “Law on Work Accidents”, Law 13660/49 “Safety of facilities for the production, transformation and storage of solid mineral, liquid and gaseous fuels”, as well as the decrees and regulatory resolutions of said laws.
    • For the graduate of the Career, whose degree is from the branches of Engineering (according to what is stipulated in the reserved activities of the same) and Chemistry, there is the possibility of subsequent enrollment as a Specialist in Safety and Hygiene and protection Environment, in their respective Professional Councils. This enrollment depends exclusively on said Professional Councils.
    • Act in fields of environmental protection, which are mainly covered by the laws of 25675/02 “General Environmental Law”, 24051/92 “Hazardous Waste Law”, 20284/73 “Air Resources Preservation Law”, as well as other provincial laws such as Law 11459/93 "Law of Establishment of Industries" (Province of Buenos Aires) and Law 5965/58.

    At the end of the Specialization in Security, Hygiene and Environmental Protection, the graduates will be able to:

      Admission Requirements

      Applicants must be graduates of an Argentine or foreign university, in careers lasting no less than four years, with a degree in engineering, chemistry graduates, environmental science graduates, architects and the like. The university degree must be approved by the Ministry of Education of the Nation, and foreign applicants must have an equivalent degree, whose validity is recognized at the national level. They must have sufficient knowledge of English to read and understand technical literature in that language.
