Graduates of the Master's Degree in Labor Law receive training that enables them to perform high-quality and effective work duties in the following areas:


  • In the public service in areas related to the subject matter (judicial career, judiciary, and hierarchical positions in the national and provincial judiciary and/or the Public Prosecutor's Office).
  • In legal advice to companies, organizations, and institutions of various kinds, both public and private.
  • In non-judicial dispute resolution in the field of labor law.

The quality of professional practice for graduates of this Master's program will be defined by the acquisition of the following competencies:

  • Interpret and apply legal norms, jurisprudence, and doctrine in labor matters in order to provide solutions to problems and conflicts specific to labor law, producing original, legally fair, ethically sound, and practically effective results.
