Admission Requirements

Merit at the bachelor's level and the Common Entrance Test (CED), or a combination of both, shall be taken into consideration in making admissions.
According to ICAR norms, candidates with SAU-level CET scores will be given consideration for up to 25–30% of the available seats.
Seats will be reserved in accordance with state government policies and regulations.
A bachelor's degree in agriculture or horticulture is required. Candidates with a three-vear bachelor's degree should take remedial courses for a year before registering for regular courses. Candidates from the general category should have an OGPA of 6.00/10 or equivalent, and candidates from the SC, ST, and PH categories should have an OGPA of 5.50/10 or equivalent.
