Established in 2018, the M.A. in Museum Studies and Curatorial Practices is an exclusive programme offered in Southeast Asia. Designed to prepare graduates for professional positions in prestigious museums and galleries globally, the one-year programme equips students with a deep understanding and appreciation of the highly complex and diverse cultural landscape in the region. Students can look forward to learning about the ever-expanding field of contemporary curating, where emphasis will be placed on addressing theoretical and practical challenges working with artists, curators, art historians and experts on historical and contemporary art.

Established with seed funding from the Economic Development Board and endorsed by the National Heritage Board of Singapore, the programme was co-administered by NTU ADM and NTU CCA Singapore.
