Admission to bachelor's and master's programs requires the relevant prior qualification with a minimum average of 10/20 (or equivalent, such as 28/40 in the International Baccalaureate). International applicants must obtain equivalency certification from the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. No entrance exams, essays, recommendation letters, or professional experience are required. All tuition and registration fees are fully funded by the Algerian government, making education completely free for domestic and international students.
