The ME program comprises a study plan of 139 credits distributed over 8 full-time semesters in addition to 34 credits the student has to complete in the PYP. However, upon completion of 100 credit hours; the student is given the chance to select between two options.  The first option is to enroll in a Co-operative Training (Coop) for 28 weeks with seven (7) credit hours, in governmental/private sector and continue to study a Senior Design Project of (3) credit hours in one semester.  The second option is to enroll in Summer Training (ST) for 8 weeks, with two (2) credit hours, and study the Senior Design Project for two semesters of five (5) credit hours.
