The Master's Degree in Administration of Justice and Oral Litigation aims to deepen the knowledge of judicial actors in areas that present new challenges at the beginning of the new millennium: the phenomenon of the expansion of human rights, the ethical dilemmas associated with the judicial function, the emergence of technology and other sciences in the field of evidentiary matters, the impact of transparency and accountability policies on justice systems, and the procedural reforms at the national and provincial levels that establish oral proceedings and jury trials, with their associated organizational and management demands, all within a context of social inequities. The Master's Degree also aims to integrate other aspects of the judicial function to train lawyers who perform their duties efficiently and who have the technical tools to influence the design of justice administration systems. Finally, this academic proposal seeks to contribute to the training of lawyers to perform in the various roles within the justice systems, as well as to advise the various governing bodies responsible for designing justice systems.
